Moises Yagues

CONTEMPORARY PAINTER, DRAUGHTSMAN AND PRINTMAKER

(Molina de Segura, Murcia, 1972).

He has become a contemporary painter studying through various scholarships and workshops, with artists such as Eva Poyato, Enk de Kramer, David de Almeida, Paco Aguilar, Monir, Julio León, Gabriela  Locci, Pepe Yagües , etc.

His work narrates short stories in its images and prints, situations from his life or his inner world, which become, through his drawings, their own world and are curiously leisurely with their own language of symbols. In his work he deals with everyday topics, and also with social and political issues in a way which is at the same time fresh and ironic, an irony which is at no time amusing, serving rather as a stimulus for criticism.
